W kontekście strasznie burzliwej miejscami i dość rozwlekłej, nie wiedzieć czemu zresztą, dyskusji tutaj na forum wokół książki Z. Skroka, chciałem szerzej zwrócić uwagę na ostatnio wydany tom Scandinavian Culture in Medieval Poland, eds. S. Moździoch, B. Stanisławski, P. Wiszewski, Wrocław 2013.
Myślę, że warto podać spis treści przedstawianej tu pracy zbiorowej:

QUOTE
Spis treści:

Paweł Kucypera, Piotr Pudło, The "Viking Sword" - true or false? On the importance of a certain terminological problem

A propos pomysłów normanistycznych, warto sięgnąć po ten tom, jeśli chcemy poznać stan badań, tak zniekształcony w książce Z. Skroka. Tutaj może zacytuję fragment artykułu prof. Duczki, With Vikings or without?, s. 25 - "Nothing Norse is known from the early and middle part of the Viking Age from Greater Poland, which should be enough to remove the idea about the Scandinavian origin of Piast dynasty from discussion" - Nie znamy nic nordyjskiego z okresu wczesno lub średnio-wikińskiego z terenu Wielkopolski, już to powinno wystarczyć, żeby wykluczyć koncepcję skandynawskich początków dynastii piastowskiej z debaty".

Hasło-klucz oraz przynajmniej jeden akapit w przyszłych recenzjach pracy Skroka. rolleyes.gif
