Monogram wygląda tak, jak wygląda, bo składa się z liter greckich. Paleolog = Παλαιολόγος

to godło dotyczy wyłącznie paleologów. Pamiętaj że godło ( herb ) pojawia się w bizancjum w dzisiejszym rozumieniu stosunkowo późno bo dopiero w wyniku reform Leona w IX wieku nabiera godło bizantyjskie takiego znaczenia i tak je rozumiano jak my dzisiaj. :-)

Jak wygląda kwestia zapisu tego monogramu. Jak poprawnie się powinno go zapisywać? I tak w ogóle to z jakich liter składa się ten znak. Nie jestem kompetentny w kwestiach Greki a bardzo mnie to interesuje.
